摘要： ［目的］评价领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）用于国内住院病人社会支持研究时的信度和效度，为调查国内住院病人领悟社会支持现状提供科学严谨的测评工具。［方法］采用整群抽样方法，应用PSSS对200例糖尿病住院病人进行调查，对调查结果进行信效度检验。［结果］PSSS量表3个维度的联合解释变异量为67.139％，分量表之间的相关系数为0.290～0.398，比总量表之间的相关性要低，表明量表结构效度较高；3个分量表与总量表的相关系数为0.713～0.770，表明量表内容效度尚佳；运用验证性因子分析量表的理论模型，χ2/df=3.534,拟合优度指数（GFI）=0.866,近似误差均方根（RMSEA）=0.113；总量表与3个分量表的Cronbach′sα系数分别为0.840，0.818，0.820，0.813，其折半信度为0.741～0.791，表明该量表信度甚佳。［结论］PSSS信效度理想，但用于国内住院病人社会支持的研究时理论模型与实际观测值契合度较差，需适当调整个别条目。

Abstract Objective:ToevaluatethereliabilityandvalidityofPerceivedSocialSupportScale(PSSS)usedinthestudyofsocialsupportindomestichospitalizedpatients,andtoprovidethescientificrigorousassessmenttoolsforinvestigatingtheperceivedsocialsupportstatusquoofthehospitalizedpatientsinChina.Methods:Usingtheclustersamplingmethod,atotalof200hospitalizedpatientswithdiabeteswereinvestigatedwithPSSS,andthereliabilityandvalidityoftheinvestigationresultsweretested.Results:Thecombinedexplanatoryvariationof3dimensionsinPSSSscalewas67.139%,andthecorrelationcoefficientwas0.290~0.398betweensubscales,whichwaslowerthanthetotalscale,showedahigherreliabilityandvalidityofscalestructure.Thecorrelationcoefficientbetweenthethreesubscalesandthetotalscalewas0.713~0.770,showedagoodcontentvalidity.Thetheoreticalmodeloftheconfirmatoryfactoranalysisscaleshowedχ2/df=3.534,GFI=0.866,RMSEA=0.113.TheCronbach′sαcoefficientsbetweenthetotalscaleandthreesubscaleswere0.840,0.818,0.820,and0.813withthebinaryreliability0.741~0.791,showedthatagoodreliability.Conclusion:ThereliabilityandvalidityofPSSSwereideal,whilethetheoreticalmodelusedinthestudyofsocialsupportforhospitalizedpatientsinChinawasnotingoodagreementwiththeactualobservedvalue.Someoftheitemsneededtobeappropriatelyadjusted.
